ABRPTSO Membership Form

The ABRPTSO appreciates your help; our success depends on the support of every family. Only one $40 contribution per family is requested per school year, regardless of the number of children you have in grades 7–12. Donations are tax deductible. The PTSO is a registered 501(c)3.  

We encourage you to donate to the PTSO using one of these methods:
 Please complete the ABRPTSO Membership Form and mail it to ABRPTSO, PO Box 912, Acton, MA 01720, OR
 You can pay your dues online using your credit card in a secure environment.

High School Forms

Grant Request Form

The ABRPTSO invites the High School to request for grant monies using this High School Grant Form in order to fund various initiatives during the school year. If the PTSO has sufficient funds it will provide support for these initiatives.

ABRHS Volunteer Form

We need volunteers for activities and events organized by the High School and the PTSO. Please fill out the Volunteer Form with your preferences, then do one of the following:
— Drop the completed form off at the High School front office
— Mail the completed form to: 
    ABRPTSO, H.S. Volunteer Coordinators, P.O. Box 912, Acton, MA 01720-0912
— Email the form to Stacy Harris at askquixote@verizon.net.
